Orders & Payment
We ship all over the world, excluding the Russian Federation. Please see our shipping information to learn more.
You can track your order via DHL Express using the tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. For additional help finding your order, please contact us.
We regret that we cannot modify orders. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a cancellation. Orders for customized jewelry cannot be cancelled once we start with the production. Please learn more in our cancellation policy.
Rareté Studios accepts Amex, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal for online payments. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
Our prices are fixed, so no matter where you are shopping in the world, you will pay the price you see when browsing our site and nothing will be added or deducted later in your journey (we also offer free worldwide shipping). We cover all taxes and duties no matter where you place your order from.
Return
You can only return jewelry that is not specifically customized for you. Belonging Bracelets can not be returned. Please read our cancellation policy
Rareté Studios produces jewelry on demand. Once we start with the production, we cannot modify the order or offer an exchange. Cancellation may only be possible before the production starts, hence contact as as quickly as possible if you have changed your mind. Please read our cancellation policy.
All returns must be unworn and in the same condition they were in at time of purchase, with tags attached and intact. Returns of the following items are not accepted:
- Customized jewelry
- Earrings
- The Rareté Studios Gift Cards or the Rareté Studios E-Gift Card

Delivery
Rareté Studios produces on demand only. The production can take between 4-8 weeks.
We exclusively ship via DHL Express. Once the jewelry is ready to ship, it arrives between 1-2 working days at the shipping address worldwide.
If you are in a hurry to receive your piece as a gift for a loved one, we would recommend you to purchase a gift card. We are also happy to organize a ballon or flower delivery together with the gift card at no additional cost. Contact us for further assistance.
We cover all duties and taxes for deliveries worldwide.
Rareté Studios delivers to all countries (excluding Russia), with the help of DHL Express.
You will receive a tracking number from DHL Express, once your order is ready to ship.
All packages are insured and require a direct signature.
DHL Express announces the delivery window via email upfront and offers the option to change the delivery window according to your availability. Please make sure you or someone you trust is there to accept the package.
If you fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to us. A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch to arrange a redelivery at additional cost.
Size Guide
- Using a length of string or ribbon, wrap it around the wrist on which you plan to wear the BELONGING Bracelet.
- With a pen, mark the point on the string where the ends meet.
- Measure the string in centimeters with a ruler.
- Add two centimeters to get your BELONGING Bracelet size.
- To determine your size, we strongly advise that you measure the size of your finger rather than the size of your ring.
- Using a length of string or ribbon, wrap it around the base of your finger. To ensure the ring fits comfortably, we suggest measuring your knuckle as well. We recommend selecting a size that will slide on and off your finger easily.
- With a pen, mark the point on the string where the ends meet.
- Measure the string in millimeters with a ruler.
- Choose the closest measurement to the ring sizes (in mm).
We are happy to adjust your BELONGING Bracelet. We charge 150 EUR for pick up and delivery. Please contact us for further assistance.
Jewelry
To make sure your jewelry stays intact and in good shape we recommend to stick to the following guidelines:
Roll it!
Make sure to gently roll your bracelet over your hand when you put it on to avoid wearing it out.
Take it off!
Ideally remove your bracelet while cleaning, showering, bathing, swimming or applying cosmetic products or cream.
Protect it!
Avoid scratches by always placing your jewelry on a soft surface or put it into a soft pouch, when taking it off and transporting it.
We offer a lifelong elasticity guarantee. If your BELONGING Bracelet loses its elasticity, we will make you a new one with your letter beads and gemstones. The bracelet will be picked up at your location and sent back to at no additional cost for you.
Yes! We are happy to offer a polishing service for your jewelry. Because this usually removes a thin layer of metal, you should not have your jewelry polished often. We charge 150 EUR for processing and shipping. Please contact us for further assistance.
