No right of withdrawal for goods manufactured individually for the customer

In the case of distance contracts in online trade, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. 

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (see § 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB).

The bracelets made by us are tailored to your personal needs, as you determine the length of the bracelets or a name individually. Therefore, you have no right to revoke a closed contract and return the goods.
