The production takes 4-8 weeks. Shipping takes 2-3 days within the EU. It may vary for countries outside the EU.

Duties and taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, all duties and taxes are included in the price. For orders outside the EU, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Returns 
Please note that all custom-made jewelry is final sale. Each piece is handcrafted and personalized especially for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once your order and payment have been received, production begins, and cancellation are no longer possible.
